A Repair Report is provided at no charge with each product repair. Emerson Network Power will only provide Root Cause Analysis [RCA] at no charge for products that have (1) exceeded the TL9000 return rate thresholds or (2) are non-compliant with published product design specifications. All other requests will be performed for an additional fee to be quoted at the time of the request.

Repair Report - We provide detailed failure analysis indicating what failed on the product and the steps taken to correct it.

Root Cause Analysis - We go to extreme lengths to explain why the component(s) failed on a product. This may include containment activities and/or Vendor or 3rd party analysis and reports.
