Warranty
Emerson Network Power offers warranty for all standard products, including internally installed devices and board products. Emerson Network Power warrants that all products delivered under this Contract will be free from defects in material or workmanship and will substantially conform to the Emerson Network Power's applicable specifications. For software Products, Emerson Network Power warrants the media to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days. The warranty period for both product and software begins on the date of shipment from the Emerson Network Power's applicable facility. If a product is repaired or replaced under warranty, the warranty will continue only for the period remaining on the original warranty.

A Return Material Authorization (RMA) is required for any and all repairs. Products received without an RMA will be returned un-repaired. If you would like to request an RMA number via email, please click here.
